 handout.\n\nEvent Details\n• Date: Sunday\, May 3\n• Time: 12:00 PM to
  3:00 PM\n• Location: Big Bluestem Trail\, Frisco Grand Park\n• Addres

  and parking map image\n\nWhat Is It?\n• This is a pledge-based fundrais
 ing hike. Scouts collect either per-mile pledges or flat donations\, then 
 hike laps on the trail.\n• The trail is 1 mile each way\, and Scouts may
  hike up to 8 miles or for up to 3 hours.\n• The goal is $400 per Scout.
  Example: 20 donors x $5 per mile x 4 miles = $400.\n\nHow Donations Work\
 n• Before the hike\, Scouts ask family\, friends\, and neighbors to pled
 ge either a per-mile amount or a flat amount.\n• Please collect money up
  front based on your Scout's goal miles so there is no need to circle back
  after the hike.\n• Families can pay the Pack through Venmo using the QR
  code in the flyer or bring cash/check to the May 12 Pack Party.\n\nTrail 
 Details\n• There will be 3 stamp stations: A at the 1/2-mile point\, B a
 t the 1-mile turnaround\, and C at the start/finish.\n• Each lap is reco
 rded as A-B-A-C for 4 total stamps.\n• Stations will have water\, ice\, 
 and first aid available.\n• Lion and Tiger Scouts must have a parent hik
 ing alongside them.\n• Wolves and older should hike with a buddy.\n• P
 arents are welcome anywhere along the course.\n• Please plan to arrive a
  little early so your Scout can get checked in and start hiking on time.\n
 \nPrizes\n• Every hiker earns an ice cream sundae bar at the May Pack Pa
 rty.\n• Scouts who hit $400 earn the right to turn Cubmaster Matt into a
  human ice cream sundae.\n• Miles count toward the 15-mile Explorers Clu
 b hiking stick.\n\nCan’t Make May 3?\n\nScouts who cannot attend on May 
 3 can still complete their hike on their own before May 12 with parent ver
 ification.
