  event at beautiful Camp James Ray! This is a special event just for our A
 rrow of Light 🏹 Scouts to experience the excitement of Scouts BSA with 
 hands-on activities\, outdoor skills\, and plenty of fun.\n\nEvent Details
 :\n• Date: Saturday\, September 20 @ 7:30 am - 5:00 pm\n• Location: Ca
 mp James Ray – 2026 Mill Creek Rd\, Pottsboro\, TX 75076\n• Who Can At
 tend: AOL Scouts (5th grade) and their parent/guardian.\n• Cost: $15 per
  person.\n• Pack 807 will cover the Scout’s fee\; parents should regis
 ter and pay for themselves.\n• Covers program\, insurance\, patch\, and 
 event fees — registration is through Black Pug\, and late/walk-in regist
 rations are not permitted.\n\nMeals:\n\nMeals are not provided. Please pac
 k a lunch\, snacks\, and water for the day.\n\nWhat to Bring:\n• Annual 
 Medical Health Record Parts A & B\n• Complete for all participants (pare
 nts and scouts)\n• Turn in to Den Leader Chris Alexander before the even
 t so he can provide them at check-in.\n• Personal mess kit and water bot
 tle\n• Meals and snacks\n• Appropriate clothing and footwear for outdo
 or activities\n• Sun protection and bug spray\n\nSpecial Notes:\n• All
  BSA Youth Protection and Cub Scouting activity guidelines apply.\n• The
  event includes a variety of Scouts BSA–style activities\, giving AOLs a
  sneak peek at their “Trail to Troop.”\n\nWhy Attend:\n• Try new out
 door skills in a Scouts BSA environment\n• Meet and work with older Scou
