Explorer’s Club: Hike and Picnic at LLELA Lewisville!

Join us Sunday, September 21st from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area (LLELA) for an easy ~4 mile hike, followed by a family picnic and plenty of time for kids to skip stones and splash by the water.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you don’t miss the group departure — once we leave, it’s hard to find us on the trail.

Driving Directions

From Frisco, take SH 121 south, exit Business SH 121, turn right onto Business SH 121, and follow until Valley Ridge Blvd., turn right onto Valley Ridge Blvd., proceed north until you come to a 4-way Stop Sign intersection (this is N. Kealy Ave but no street sign is visible) and look for the sign indication the direction to LLELA, you will turn right.
