Explorers Hiking Club - Shoreline Trail

Difficulty Level: Easy

Overview: This crushed granite out-and-back trail hugs the shoreline of Lake Lewisville. The trail is exposed without much tree cover making the trail enjoyable on cool days when the winds are mild. The trailhead and parking are located at Ridgepointe Park in The Colony.

Notes: The last half of the trail is next to the backyards of homes along the shoreline which can be distracting.
