Leadership Team

Pack 807 is led by parent and guardian volunteers who work together to provide a safe, fun, and well-organized Cub Scout program. Some volunteers hold registered leadership positions, while many others help with individual activities or behind-the-scenes tasks.

How Pack Leadership Works

Cubmaster Team

The Cubmaster and assistants lead Pack Parties, support den leaders, coordinate the overall program, and help make Pack activities welcoming and fun.

Den Leaders

Den leaders and assistants guide grade-level Den Adventures, communicate with families, and help Scouts complete age-appropriate Adventures. Lion and Tiger dens also use a shared-leadership model with adult partners.

Pack Committee

The Pack committee supports the program's administration and planning. Common responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and supporting adult volunteers
• Advancement and recognition
• New-family orientation and recruiting
• Communications and recordkeeping
• Pack finances and budgeting
• Events, equipment, fundraising, and service projects

Join the Team

Pack 807 needs adults with many different skills and schedules. You can help by leading a den, joining the committee, coordinating one event, helping with setup or meals, maintaining equipment, communicating with families, or taking another manageable task.

You do not need prior Scouting experience. Training and support are available, and many roles can be shared.
